Türkiye's film-blowing base produces refuse sacks for the whole of Europe. We supply UK janitorial distributors, facilities-management groups and councils with sacks made to CHSA-aligned duty ratings: stated size, gauge and load capacity that the sack actually meets. Standard recycled content is 30%+ — relevant for any customer importing packaging within scope of the Plastic Packaging Tax — and every consignment carries a batch declaration. Black, coloured, clear and printed options, boxed for resale or bulk-packed.

Frequently asked questions

Do your sacks meet CHSA-style specifications?
We manufacture to the same discipline the CHSA accreditation scheme enforces: stated dimensions, stated gauge, stated capacity, full counts. Ratings are verified by load and drop testing on each production run and the test summary is available per consignment. If you resell under your own brand into CHSA-audited channels, our spec sheets give you the numbers your auditors expect.
How does the Plastic Packaging Tax affect imported refuse sacks?
Refuse sacks are finished plastic packaging, so the UK importer is the taxable business. At £228.82 per tonne (as of mid-2026), a 24-tonne container of sub-30% sacks carries roughly £5,500 of tax; our 30%+ recycled standard removes that liability entirely. The batch declaration we supply is the evidence you retain for HMRC. Remember registration is required above 10 tonnes per year even when exempt.
Can you print our brand on the sacks?
Yes — flexo print up to two colours on sacks (up to six on carrier bags). Send vector artwork; you approve a digital proof, and for first orders a printed pre-production sample. Print plates are a one-time cost quoted with the first order and held for repeats.
What is the realistic lead time to a UK warehouse?
Production is typically two to three weeks from confirmed spec, then 12–18 days deep-sea to Felixstowe or London Gateway, or 5–8 days by road for urgent programmes. For repeat monthly volumes we run a rolling schedule so stock lands as your previous container sells through.
Black, clear or coloured — does colour change the price or spec?
Black sacks take the highest recycled content at the best price — the pigment masks recyclate colour variation. Clear sacks (used where contents must be visible) need cleaner input and price slightly higher at equal gauge. Coloured sacks for waste-stream coding sit between. Duty rating is independent of colour; we test each colour run to the same standard.
