Quality & inspection process

Six steps, in the same order, on every consignment. The process is boring; its results are not: clean customs, clean arrivals, clean files.

  1. 01

    Consignee / supplier verification

For Turkish consignees: environmental licence scope, importer registration and quota headroom confirmed before contract. For supply partners: plant, laboratory and certification scope audited on site. No verification, no contract.

  2. 02

    Specification agreement

Grade, tolerances, packaging, price formula and classification (product vs B3011) locked in writing. Everything argued about later is argued because it was not written down first.

  3. 03

    Pre-shipment inspection & record

Composite sample per lot, tested against contract parameters. Photo/video record of bales, big-bags and labels. Retained samples sealed and stored.

  4. 04

    Documentation pack assembly

Annex VII or commercial documents, batch declaration, origin declaration, spec sheet — assembled as one pack and sent ahead of arrival.

  5. 05

    Loading supervision

Container inspection, stow pattern, weighbridge reconciliation, seal recorded. The photographic loading report goes to supplier and consignee the same day.

  6. 06

    Arrival confirmation & feedback

Consignee weighbridge and inspection results are filed. Deviations are settled against retained samples; every lesson is written back into the acceptance spec.
